This years tournament will be held over the weekend of the 22nd & 23rd of May 2010. And the cut off date for entries is 31st March 2010.
BOYS 6-a-SIDE FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT
SATURDAY 22nd May & SUNDAY 23rd May 2010
Your Football Club is invited to our 6-a-side tournament held at The Vale Stadium Grounds, Grosvenor Vale, Ruislip, Middx, HA4 6JQ over the weekend of Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd May 2010.
For age groups: Under 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 (age as in 2009/2010 season).
You may enter up to two teams of 8 players per age group.
Saturday 22nd May – (AM - Under 7 & 9 Competitions). - (PM - Under 11 & 13 Competitions.)
Sunday 23rd May – (AM - Under 8 & 10 Competitions) – (PM - Under 12 & 14 Competitions.)
In order to encourage all levels of teams from all divisions within the league to participate in our tournament, it is our intention to run two separate competitions per age group which will work on a seeded basis. (This will however be dependent on the total number of teams participating for each age group).
For an example of teams being seeded, those who play in the Premier and 1st Divisions will compete in one competition whilst teams that play in Divisions 2 and below will compete in the other competition.
(Please note that this example is made on the basis that there will be a sufficient number of teams participating within each competition, otherwise it may be necessary for higher placed teams in Division 2 to play in the higher seeded tournament to ensure a suitable balance of teams)
For the Under 9’s to U14’s tournaments, eight winners and runners-up medals will be provided. The winning team will also receive a trophy.
The Under 7’s & 8’s, Tournament will be a non-competitive Fairplay Festival supported by the Middlesex Football Association. All under 7 & 8 players will each receive either a pennant or medal.
Entrance Fee per team is £25.00
